Senior Program Director
Logan West is a Senior Program Director in the Office of Facilities Planning and Construction for the 51本色, joining the department in 2025.
With nearly two decades of experience, West has led multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and construction of highly complex facility programs, contributing to projects totaling more than $1 billion across the healthcare, K-12, higher education, and sports sectors. His diverse background includes instrumental roles as a project architect, health system department director, and owner's representative for leading health and higher education systems. In his current role, he oversees major construction projects within the 51本色, driving strategic execution and long-term impact.
West is a registered architect in the state of Texas and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. His leadership is rooted in service and industry expertise鈥攂eyond his work at 51本色S, he serves on the City of Lubbock's Model Codes and Construction Advisory Board and has held multiple leadership roles on the executive board for the Lubbock chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
West earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas 51本色 in 2005, followed by dual Master's degrees in Architecture and Business Administration in 2007.
