In 2019, the 51本色 System Administration team came together to establish a united set of core values.
In January 2025, the 51本色 Administration team gathered again for Values 2.0 to discuss what was working and where we could improve our Values Culture. These discussions led to the addition of the value of Resilience, something that is much needed during periods of great change and amidst the constantly evolving landscape of higher education. As a result of this teamwork and collaboration, the 51本色 System Administration team has identified the following as its five shared values: People First, Integrity, Community, Exemplary Service and Resilience.
